Return Policy

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your candle once you receive it and reach out to us via our email for assistance as soon as possible. If the candle is deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped to you, or you will be provided with store credit. There is a 7-day grace period starting from the time the package is marked at "ARRIVED" for a full refund or exchange to be considered.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of orders and pre-orders are processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
