Will the refill kit work with any jar?
Yes. The Living Good refill kit works with almost any jar, as long as it is heat safe and designed to hold a burning candle. That includes the empty jar from a candle you already own. The kit does not include a jar, so pick one you love.
Which scent should I pick?
Coastal Breeze is ocean fresh. Tranquility is lavender, jasmine, and vanilla. Honeycrisp Apple, Cinnamon Roll, and Fig & Patchouli are our fall scents. Into the Forest is crisp fir and eucalyptus. Claricomb is citrus and lavender. Palo Santo is cedarwood and citrus. Rose Gulora is rose, grapefruit, and plum.
How long does it take to make a candle?
About 5 minutes of hands-on time. Place the wick, heat the pouch, pour, and let the candle set completely before you light it. Follow the heating instructions on the box.
Can I melt the pouch in a microwave or a double boiler?
Yes, both work. For the microwave, set the sealed pouch on top of a microwave-safe tray or plate. Full step-by-step instructions are on the box and in the kit's easy-to-follow instructions.
How long will it burn?
Up to 72 hours per 12 oz kit. That is an estimate: actual burn time depends on the diameter of the jar you pour into.
What is it made of?
Same ingredients we use in all of our products: pure American beeswax, coconut oil, a blend of plant-based oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. No phthalates, parabens, sulfates, heavy metals, GMOs, or formaldehyde.

What if something arrives damaged, or I change my mind?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email customersupport@lgcandle.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
