Questions, answered
What is The Hive?
Our free rewards program. You earn points every time you shop with us, then trade them for money off future orders.
Who can join?
Anyone with a Living Good account. Sign up with your email and you're in.
How do I earn points?
You earn points on every purchase, plus bonus points for creating an account, your birthday, following us, and leaving reviews.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in, open your rewards, and pick a reward. You'll get a code to paste in at checkout.
How do the VIP tiers work?
Your tier is based on how much you spend in a year. Move up and you earn points faster and unlock extra perks.
Do my points expire?
Your points expire if you go 12 months without earning any. Earning more points, from an order, a review or a follow, keeps your whole balance active. Spending points doesn't reset the clock.
How do I leave the program?
Email us and we'll remove you. Unused points are forfeited.
